About Us

Rough Riders Sporting Goods is a family owned business started in 2012 by Jennifer and Bruce Fey.
They wanted to open a store in Idyllwild that would cater to the local community and the visitors that come up to their mountain town to camp and enjoy the great weather.

Idyllwild is known for camping, fishing, hunting and great hiking.
The town is located in the San Jacinto Mountains between San Diego and Palm Springs California. At an elevation of 5000ft the weather is cool in the summer and the winters are just cold enough to get snow for sledding.

Archery Lessons

INSTRUCTION
$20.00 Per 1 Hour Basic Shooting Instruction.
$35.00 Per Hour Advanced Shooting Instruction.
$6.00 Per Hour Range Use.

Archery Equipment

They are authorized dealers of PSE Archery.
They have compound, recurve and cross bows.
They can fit you with the perfect bow and teach you the correct way to shoot it. Jennifer and Bruce are Level 2 coaches and members of USA Archery association.
Bring your bow in for maintenance and tuning they were trained at the PSE factory to make sure you have the best fit and performance.

Call and make an appointment for archery lessons beginner intermediate lessons are given on the weekends.
